Japanese Reiki is an alternative healing technique that utilizes energy transfer as a source of opening and connecting one to their physical and energetic body. Reiki is Spiritually guided (Rei) Universal life force energy (Ki). With a gentle approach a practitioner acts as a conduit for the energy to pass through while utilizing a 'cupping method', placing the hands in a cupped fashion over or on a body, to give Reiki to the one in need. Receiving regular Reiki can reduce stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system; it promotes relaxation, re-establishes energy flow through the body, promotes self awareness, helps with sleep issues, and can leave you feeling more grounded, centered, and invigorated. I am a Level II Reiki Practitioner, attuned by Schandua Nelson in Portland Oregon.
Level II opens the energy channels more of the practitioner and we receive symbols and mantra
to provide Reiki over long distances (distant). I love sharing this potent energetic work that has transformed my own personal life. I am deeply grateful for this healing practice and Oral tradition passed down from Mikao Usui, ultimtately brought to clinics in America in to be cultivated and shared with utmost respect and care.
