We begin with a 45min chat to discover what it is you're desiring to bring into your personal life and practice.
Share anything that you are comfortable with in order for me to craft you a personalized sequence to implement into your routine. ~roughly 60 minutes total

After our session I will craft a flow that you can begin incorporating into your daily routine.
